  • 1. Consider rescheduling the public hearing for the proposed local law regarding the preservation of native trees to December 6, 2022 at 7pm.

  • 2. Consider adopting the proposed policy regarding EMS hospital offload as recommended by the EMS Director.

  • 3. Consider accepting the proposed utility and drainage easement for the approved 3-lot minor subdivision at 6185 Johnston Road and authorizing the signing of documents for its filing with the Albany County Clerk as recommended by the Town Planner.
