Guilderland Coalition for Responsible Growth (GCRG) is concerned with the speed and lack of transparency of the approval process for an explosion of massive new development projects proposed throughout the Town.
GCRG was formed to represent the residents’ rightful voice at every step of these new development proposals.
GCRG will be meeting monthly at the Guilderland Public Library as space permits

Consider accepting the bid submitted by Cutting Green, LLC in the amount of $77,450.00 for the purchase of four maintenance carts, a greens mower, and a turf grass sprayer, as requested by the Director of Golf.

Consider awarding the bid to Scale Service & Supply Co, Inc in the amount of $102,060.00 for the purchase of a weight scale at the Transfer Station, as requested by the Superintendent of the Transfer Station.

Consider accepting the lowest bid the meets all specifications for chemicals used in the production of potable water for the 2026-2028 period, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

Consider approving the proposed conservation easement for property located at 424 Wormer Road, and scheduling a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21 at 7:00pm, and authorizing the Town Attorney to prepare the required agreement and associated papers under the Town's conservation easement program.

Consider adopting a resolution in support of appropriating $34,212 from the Town's General Fund for right of way costs incurred on or after October 25,2023 for the sidewalk on Carmen Road and East Old State Road, as requested by the NYS Department of Transportation.

Consider adopting a resolution in support of appropriating $51,170 from the Town's General Fund for right of way costs incurred on or after April 3, 2025 for the sidewalk on Carmen Road and East Old State Road, as requested by the NYS Department of Transportation.
