The agenda for this meeting of the Town Board can be found here. In addition to an Executive Session at 6pm -- Discussion regarding personnel issues and a Public Comment session at 7pm, there are 9 items for consideration:

1. Consider adopting proposed resolutions, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer, to establish capital reserve accounts for the following purposes:
Water Improvements; Sewer Improvements; Fire Tower Improvements; Sewer Equipment; and Historic Properties.

2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for July 12, 2022 at 7pm on a proposed local law regarding new or expanded connections to the Town's water system as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater and Town-designated engineer.

3. Consider adopting the proposed resolution approving the transfer of $833,000.00 from the Sewer Reserve (H24) to the McKownville Stormwater Project Capital Account (H26) as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater and Town-designated engineer.

4. Consider the appointments of Anthony S. Cantore and Mark Metro to the Ethics Board.

5. Consider the appointment of Michael Gullo to the position of Labor 1 in the Water Department.

6. Consider waiving the building permit for improvements at Abele Park, 6 Strawberry Lane as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

7. Consider scheduling for June 21, 2022 the Town Board's consideration of a proposed resolution regarding rules of public conduct and rules of procedure for public bodies.

8. Consider adopting the NYS Retirement resolution establishing the standard workday for listed employees as requested by the Town Comptroller.

9. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the Collector's Warrant for the Water Department for $374,468.00 to be collected.
This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
