• 1. Consider adopting rules of public conduct and rules of procedure for public bodies.

• 2. Consider referring the application for the proposed amendments of the local law for the Great Oaks Planned Unit Development to the Planning Board, pursuant to Town Code § 280-58, for its review and recommendation.

• 3. Consider adopting the draft resolution regarding the Town's application for funding under the NYS Water Infrastructure Improvement Act for the well water filtration project.

• 4 Consider scheduling a Public Hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 202, for the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 18, 2022 at 7:00pm as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

• 5 Consider scheduling a public hearing, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 202-a, for the Assessment Roll of the Guilderland Sewer Improvement Area for October 18, 2022 at 7:05pm as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

• 6. Consider approving modifications to the Town's 2022 budget as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 7. Consider adopting the draft resolution regarding the Albany County Stormwater Coalition's Inter-Municipal Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding.

• 8. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Statement of Intent Form for 2023 annual membership and fees for the Albany County Stormwater Coalition.

• 9. Consider adopting the draft resolution for the audit reports of the financial records of the Town Justices as requested by the Town Comptroller.

• 10. Consider approving a No Parking restriction on the southwest side of Wood Street for a distance of 280 feet from intersection of Gaskill Avenue as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee.

• 11. Consider adopting the draft resolution for the Town reimbursable funding of $835,000 for the bridge/culvert Grand Street project under the BridgeNY Program and authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the Bridge NY Culvert Local Project Agreement with NYS DOT.

• 12. Consider scheduling a public hearing for September 20, 2022 at 7pm on a proposed local law to adopt rules and regulations for the protection and preservation of native trees.

• 13. Consider awarding the contract to renovate the Guilderland Performing Arts Center and entry road improvements to James H. Maloy, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, for $383,000.

• 14. Consider approving the following permanent appointments:

  Linsky Lundy, Part-time EMT; Stephanie Page, Keyboard Specialist (Court); Andrew Caywood, Part-time Custodial Worker (Building Maintenance) 

• 15. Consider waiving building permit fees for repairing winter related damage at 29 West Hite Court.

• 16. Consider waiving building permit fees for repairing fire related damage at 126 Schoolhouse Road.

• 17. Consider cancelling the Town Board's September 6, 2022 meeting.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
