  • 1. Consider adopting a SEQRA determination and local law that would rezone 64.85 acres from an existing 128.4-acre parcel, located at 6283 Farm Lane, from R040 (Residential Overlay) to RA3 (Rural Agricultural -- 3-acre minimum) for a proposed solar facility, as recommended by the Town Planner.

  • 2. Consider authorizing the Town Attorney to sign documents for the conveyance of the Town's interest in the old cul-de-sac at the end of Westmere Terrace and accepting the dedication of the new cul-de-sac, as recommended by the Town Planner.

  • 3. Town Board discussion only regarding a future moratorium associated with the Comprehensive Plan Update.

  • 4. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the Water Department's warrant, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
