Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a professional services agreement with CHA Companies for engineering services associated with TIP Number A604, PIN Number 1085.49, a project involving sidewalk construction on the east side of Carman Road between Western Avenue and Old State Road, as recommended by the Town's Grant Writer.

Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a professional services agreement with Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP for engineering services associated with TIP Number A604, TIP Number 1085.49, a project involving the replacement of a Town-owned culvert on Grand Street in the Village of Altamont, as recommended by the Town's Grant Writer.

11. Consider authorizing the Town Attorney and Building Department to take appropriate action, including an enforcement proceeding in State Supreme Court, to remedy violations of the NYS Property Maintenance Code as requested by the assigned Building and Zoning Inspector.

12. Consider authorizing the release of escrow in the amount of $215,512.89 for pavement repair, porous pavement cleaning, pavement repair, pavement and top course, and retaining walls for the Winding Brook Drive Apartments, as recommended by Comptroller's Office.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
