Agenda

• 1. Consider adopting the proposed resolution regarding the Town's participation in Albany County Healthcare Consortium.
• 2. Consider scheduling a public hearing for June 7, 2022 at 7pm on a draft local law regarding adult-use cannabis retail dispensaries.
• 3. Consider approving the placement of a stop sign on Northgate Drive at its intersection with Alvina Boulevard as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee.
• 4. Consider approving budget transfers as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
• 5. Consider approving the proposed transfer of $833,000.00 from the Sewer Reserve (R6) to the McKownville Stormwater Project Capital Account (H26) as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater and Town- designated engineer.
• 6. Consider approving the waiver of the building fee for work at property owned by St. Matthew & St. Paul Lutheran Church at 1500 Western Avenue as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector. 
• 7. Consider approving the waiver of the building fee for work at property owned by Lynnwood Reformed Church at 3714 Carman Road as recommended by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
