Agenda Items

  • 1. Consider authorizations for expending American Rescue Program Act funds as requested by the Chief of Police and the Department of Parks and Recreation.

  • 2. Consider approving a schedule of revised fees as requested by the Transfer Station.

  • 3. Consider adopting the proposed resolution requested by State DOT for the funding and construction of the new sidewalk on the south side of Western Avenue from Devonshire Drive to Mercy Care Lane (Guilderland Public Library).

  • 4. Consider adopting the proposed resolution requested by State DOT for the funding and construction of the new sidewalk on the south side of West Old State Road from Carman Road to Regina Drive (Lynnwood Elementary School).

  • 5. Consider approving the proposed conservation easement for property located at 434 Wormer Road, and authorizing the Town Attorney to prepare the required agreement and associated papers under the Town's conservation easement program.

  • 7. Consider approving hourly rate schedules for listed positions in the Highway, Parks and Water & Wastewater Departments as requested by the Comptroller.

  • 8. Consider waiving the building fees for structural damages of a home at 202 Stanford Drive caused by a tree falling as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

  • 9. Consider adopting a resolution approving the Comptroller's audit findings and recommendations for the annual court records and financial documents submitted by the Town Justices for the year ending December 31, 2019.

  • 10. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the Collector's Warrant for water charges for the periods commencing on March 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022 for $188,095.99.

  • 11. Consider authorizing modifications, pursuant to Town Law 112, to the 2022 adopted budget as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

  • 12. Consider approving the second amendment for lease of Fort Hunter Water Tank by T-Mobile as recommended by the Town Attorney.

  • 13. Consider approving the inter-municipal agreement with the Town of Colonie to provide water and sewer services to properties on Railroad Avenue as recommended by the Town Attorney.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
