  • 1. Consider adopting the resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign documents for the design and construction of an asphalt bike-pedestrian path on State Route 146 in conjunction with NYS DOT's project to replace the Route 146 bridge over the Normanskill.

Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign a professional services contract with CHA Consulting, Inc. for the design, engineering, survey, right of way, and construction inspection for the proposed sidewalks projects on Carman Road (Okara Drive to Old State Road) and on East Old State Road (Carman Road to Hillview Drive), as recommended by the Grant Writer.
     
  • 3. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the collector's warrant for the Water Department.
