Agenda

• 1. Consider adopting the resolution authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign documents for the design and construction of an asphalt bike-pedestrian path on State Route 146 in conjunction with NYS DOT's project to replace the Route 146 bridge over the Normanskill.
   
• 2. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign a professional services contract with CHA Consulting, Inc. for the design, engineering, survey, right of way, and construction inspection for the proposed sidewalks projects on Carman Road (Okara Drive to Old State Road) and on East Old State Road (Carman Road to Hillview Drive), as recommended by the Grant Writer.
   
• 3. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the collector's warrant for the Water Department.
   
• 4. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari proceeding for the 2019 year brought by Northeastern IP Holdings, LLC, as requested by the Assessor
   
• 5. Consider approving the proposed agreement, under NYS Highway Law § 284, with the Highway Superintendent for the planned paving of listed roads in 2023.
   
• 6. Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, an amendment to the 2023 budget by transferring $104,572.50 from the General Fund to the "Other Econ & Develop" line for the Comprehensive Plan Update, as requested by the Fiscal Officer.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
