1. Consider approving the EMS Department's 2023 fee schedule, as requested by the Director of EMS.

2. Consider amending Exhibit A ("Town Officers and Employees Required to File Annual Statement of Disclosure") to add the Town Engineer and Building Maintenance Supervisor to the list of persons required to file annual ethics disclosure, as requested by the Town Clerk.

3. Consider accepting the Conservation Advisory Committee's 2022 Annual Report and authorizing its filing with the Commissioner of NYS Department of Environmental Conservation pursuant to NYS General Municipal Law § 239-x.

4. Consider the provisional appointment of Brittany Jurnak as a Keyboard Specialist in the Assessor's Office, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

Annual State of the Town at the Town Board's February 7 meeting.
This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
