Agenda

• 1. Consider approving the proposed agreement with Susquehanna Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, as recommended by the Chief of Police.

• 2. Consider approving the proposed lease agreement with D Squared Management LLC, dba The Hedge Bistro for the clubhouse at the Western Turnpike Golf Course, as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.

• 3. Consider approving modifications of the 2023 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 4. Consider accepting easements for a waterline extension for an approved subdivision on Fuller Station Road, as requested by the Town Planner.
• 5. Consider adopting the resolutions approving the standard work and reporting calendars for State retirement benefits submitted by Cody Arena, Bryan Clenahan, and Jacob Crawford, as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

• 6. Consider the permanent appointments of Nathaniel Hinz and Nixon Mercado as emergency medical technicians, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.

• 7. Consider waiving the building permits fees relating to fire damage at 6997 Suzanne Lane, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

Supervisor's Update

• 1. Comprehensive Plan Update Committee Public workshop on Monday, March 13 from 7pm to 9pm Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 14 at 7pm

• 2. Town Hall closed on February 20 (Presidents' Day)

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
