• 1. Presentation regarding the Town of Guilderland's Housing Choice Voucher Program.

• 2. Consider approving the proposed hourly rate schedule for the Highway, Parks & Recreation, and Water & Wastewater Departments, as recommended by the Town Comptroller.

• 3. Consider approving modifications of the 2022 and 2023 adopted budgets under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 4. Consider approving a modification of the 2023 adopted budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 5. Consider adopting a resolution that authorizes the use of funds in the Water Capital Improvement Reserve for the purchase of SCADA upgrades, as recommended by the Superintendent of the Water & Wastewater Department and Fiscal Officer.

• 6. Consider designating Saturday, April 5 and Saturday, October 28 from 8am to 2pm as the dates and times for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal events, as recommended by the Transfer Station Foreman.

• 7. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax assessments for 2019-2022 with Macy's Retail Holding, Inc. for property located at 1 Crossgates Mall Road, as recommended by the Assessor and retained trial counsel.

• 8. Consider the permanent appointment of Mackenzie Hempstead as Network & Systems Technician, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

• Public workshop on Monday, March 13 from 7pm to 9pm
• Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 14 at 7pm

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
