Public Hearing: 

Local Law No. 1 of 2023: Amending the Town Code to add a partial exemption from the Town's real property tax for volunteer firefighters and ambulance service workers.

Agenda:

• Consider adopting a determination of significance under SEQRA for the Black Creek Run Country Hamlet application, as recommended by the Town Planner.
• Consider awarding chemical bids for 2023-24 to the listed lowest qualified bidders for the Department of Water & Wastewater Management, as recommended by the Assistant Superintendent of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management
• Consider adopting the resolution that sets standard work days for job titles, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.
• Consider approving performing artists agreements for the 2023 season of the Guilderland Performing Arts Center, as recommended by the Recreation Administrative Assistant.
• Consider the permanent appointment of Tannor Carr as part-time custodial worker in the Building Department Maintenance Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

This meeting of the Town Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
