  1. Consider adopting the local law that would impose a six-month moratorium on certain residential development.
     

  2. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Town's acquisition of the property from Northeastern Industrial Park, Inc. for the new fire training tower and a resolution authorizing the Town's transfer of vacant property to NEIP, as requested by the Town Attorney.
     

  3. Consider adding the positions of Director of Golf, Golf Professional, and Superintendent of the Transfer Station to the "Flex-Time Policy for Exempt Employees," as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.
     

  4. Consider waiving the building fee associated with wind damage at 317 Church Road, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

Agenda

  • Consider the acceptance of the application of the proposed Foundry Square Planned Unit Development, classifying the proposed action as a Type I action under SEQRA, and appointing CHA Consulting, Inc. as the Town's designated engineer, as recommended by the Town Planner.
     
  • The Board's consideration of the draft local law that would impose a six-month moratorium on certain residential development is continued to the Board's May 21st meeting to allow referrals of the draft local law to adjacent municipalities.
     
  • Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the Water Warrant in the amount of $489,726.60, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.
     
  • Consider awarding the contract for the concrete slab for the new fire training tower to AJS Masonry, Inc., the sole responsible bidder, in the amount of $156,740.
     
  • Consider awarding the contract for a used ambulance to the lowest responsible bidder at the bid opening on Friday, May 3, as recommended by the Director of Emergency Medical Services.
     
  • Consider awarding the contract for installing the irrigation system at Nott Road Park to DAF Services, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $76,955, as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.
     
  • Consider approving permanent appointments, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.
