Public Hearing

• 7pm Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2024 to regulate short term-rentals.

Agenda

• 1. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for April 16, 2024 at 7pm on proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2024 to impose a Six-month moratorium on certain residential development, as supported by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management, Town Engineer, and Town Planner.

• 2. Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, modifications to the Town's approved 2023 budget, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 3. Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, modifications to the Town's approved 2024 budget, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

• 4. Consider awarding the yard waste grinding and removal to the lowest qualified bidders, as recommended by the Superintendent of the Transfer Station.

• 5. Consider approving performing artists agreements for the 2024 season of the Guilderland Performing Arts Center, as recommended by the Recreation Administrative Assistant.
