Public Hearing

• 7pm Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2024 to impose a six-month moratorium on certain residential development.

Agenda

• Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Attorney to sign documents for the swap of land between the Town and Northeastern IP Holdings, Inc. for the construction of the new fire training facility, as recommended by the Town Attorney.
   

• Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the Water Warrant in the amount of $158,113.56, as requested by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management, Town Engineer, and Town Planner.
   

• Consider appointments as recommended by the Personnel Administrator.
   

• Consider approving the permanent appointment of Timothy Downey to the position of Labor II as recommended by the Director of Parks & Recreation.

   

• Consider approving, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, modifications to the Town's approved 2024 budget, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.
   

• Consider awarding the contract for the installation of a sprinkler system at Guilderland EMS Station 3 to SRI Fire Sprinkler, LLC, as recommended by the Director of EMS.

   

• Consider adopting a proposed resolution and SEQRA determination of non-significance for the Fort Hunter Park improvements.
   

• Consider adopting a proposed resolution and SEQRA determination of non-significance for the DiCaprio Park improvements.

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
