Agenda:

• 1. Consider adopting a resolution in support of the Town's participation in the State's Pro-Housing Community Program, as recommended by the Town Planner.
   

• 2. Consider scheduling the 2024 Household Hazardous Waste Day on Saturday, October 12 from 8am to 2pm at the Highway Department, as requested by the Transfer Station Foreman.

   

• 3. Consider amending the Exhibit A (Town Officers and Employees Required to File Annual Statement of Disclosure) by adding the Town Engineer and Building Maintenance Supervisor, as requested by the Town Clerk.

   

• 4. Consider authorizing the Parks & Recreation Department to issue a request for proposals for the irrigation
   

• 5. Consider approving the provisional appointment of Sheri Tallman as Assistant Coordinator of Senior Citizens' Services in the Seniors Department, as recommended by the interview committee.
   

• 6. Consider approving the permanent appointment of Michele Merritt as Senior Keyboard Specialist in the Assessor's Office, as recommended by the interview committee.

   

• 7. Consider approving the reappointment of Tim McAuliffe to the Ethics Board, as recommended by the Chairperson of the Ethics Board.

   

• 8. Consider approving amendments to the 2023 Town budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

   

• 9. Consider waiving the building permit for the installation of a temporary sign at the intersection of Route 146 and Depot Road, Altamont, NY, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

   

• 10. Consider awarding chemical bids for 2024-26 to the listed lowest qualified bidders for the Department of Water & Wastewater Management, as recommended by the Assistant Superintendent of the Department of Water & Wastewater Management.
