1. Consider setting the dwelling unit densities for the proposed Albany Country Club Country Hamlet, as requested by the Town Planner.

2. Consider approving the purchase of a Kubota Skid Street for $111,064.89 from Randall Implements Company, Inc. using CHIPS/Pave NY funds under a State contract, as requested by the Highway Superintendent.

3. Consider appointing Thomas Ridgeway as Foreman in the Highway Department, as requested by the Highway Superintendent.

4. Consider waiving the building permits fees relating to fire damage at 10 Jean Place, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

5. Consider waiving the building permits fees relating to falling tree damage at 36 Velina Drive, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.

6. Board discussion on the NYS Association of Towns' proposed resolutions on pending State legislation.

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
