Regular Meeting Agenda

  1. Consider adopting a proposed local law that rezones the parcel (3.1 acres) located at 2093 Western Avenue (Tax Map No. 52.02-1-17) from Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) to Local Business (LB) District.

  2. Consider adopting a proposed local law that rezones the parcel (0.31 acre) located at 1859 Western Avenue (Tax Map No. 52.09-1-37) from Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) to Local Business (LB) District.

  3. Consider adopting appropriate land use intensity and dwelling unit density, under Zoning Code § 280-17(E)(4)(b), for the proposed Mercy Care Lane planned unit development, as requested by the Town Planner.

Consider authorizing an amendment to the adopted 2025 budget, pursuant to NYS Town Law § 112, to transfer $370,727.10 from the Highway Fund Balance (DB909) to Equip & Cap Outlay (DB909) to fund the purchase of a new snow plow truck, as requested by the Highway Superintendent and recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

  10. Consider authorizing the issuance of a request for bids to replace three boilers at Town Hall, as requested by the Building Maintenance Supervisor.
