- Project update on the application for the proposed Black Creek Run residential development located at 6250 Depot Road and School Road in Guilderland Center, and consider scheduling a Public Hearing on the application for August 19 at 7pm.
- Consider extending the moratorium on certain residential developments (Local Law No. 3 of 2025) by two months until September 5.

Consider scheduling a continuation of the public hearing on the Comprehensive Plan Update for July 15 at 7:15pm.

Consider adopting the proposed resolution declaring the Town's intent to enter into a water supply agreement with the Village of Altamont, as recommended by the Superintendent of Water & Wastewater Management.

Consider approving amendments to the Town's 2025 budget under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended by the Fiscal Officer.

Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the lease agreement for the house at the Western Turnpike Golf Course.
