Agenda

  1. Consider adopting the resolution for the Standard Work Day for the positions of Gardener, Assistant Administrator of Parks & Recreation, Engineer, Office Coordinator, and Transfer Station Superintendent, as recommended by the Town Comptroller.

  2. Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor to sign the agreement with Park Playhouse, Inc. for the performances of Oklahoma! at GPAC this summer.

  3. Consider authorizing the Department of Emergency Medical Services to issue a request for proposals for the purchase of a new Type I ambulance and the transfer of funds for this purchase from the Ambulance Replacement Fund (R14), as recommended by the Acting Director of EMS and the Fiscal Officer.

  4. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the Water Warrant.

  5. Consider approving the name of "Courage Way" for the private street that services the proposed New York Oncology & Hematology property and other properties on private street, as requested by the Assessor.

  3. Town Park Cleanup Day, Saturday, April 26 from 11am to 1pm Tawasentha Park

  4. Clean Up Guilderland Day, Saturday, April 26 from 11am to 1pm

  5. Caring for Your Cemetery Day, Saturday, April 26 from Noon to 2pm Town-owned Guilderland Cemetery in Guilderland Center
     

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
