Regular Meeting Agenda

1. Consider approving the Highway Law § 284 agreement for the 2025 schedule of street paving, as requested by the Highway Superintendent.

2. Consider amending the Town's Investment Policy to include its participation in the New York Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System (NYCLASS) for investing part of the Town's idle funds, as requested by the Town Comptroller and Fiscal Officer.

3. Consider approving the permanent appointment of Anthony Vanderwarker to the position of laborer in the Water & Wastewater Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

4. Consider adopting the ADA Complaint Policy and Procedures for Town provided transportation services, as required by State DOT's Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Public Transportation (49 USC § 5310) grants program.

5. Consider appointing Brian Carr, Esq. as a member of the Industrial Development Agency.

6. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the water warrant.
    

7. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Tuesday, July 15 at 7:00pm on an application to rezone a parcel (3.1 acres) located at 2093 Western Avenue (Tax Map No. 52.02-1-17) from Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) to Local Business (LB) District, as requested by the Town Planner.

8. Consider scheduling a public hearing for Tuesday, July 15 at 7:15pm on an application to rezone a parcel (0.31 acre) located at 1859 Western Avenue (Tax Map No. 52.09-1-37) from Business Non-Retail Professional (BNRP) to Local Business (LB) District, as requested by the Town Planner.
