The Guilderland Planning Board had originally scheduled a public hearing for March 11, 2020 at 6:00pm, but due to the hearing notice not being published on time in the Altamont Enterprise, the hearing is expected to be rescheduled to March 25 at this meeting.

At this meeting, the Guilderland Planning Board accepted the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) as complete and decided that the public comment period would officially commence on February 20, 2020 after the latest updated version of the DEIS was posted on the Town's website.

The Planning Board aslos scheduled a public hearing for the DEIS to be held at their March 11, 2020 meeting starting at 6:00 PM.  

However, notice for the public meeting was not published in the Altamont Enterprise until February 27th, so the public hearing for the DEIS will be rescheduled for March 25, 2020 at 6:00PM

An agenda item will be included on the March 11, 2020 Planning Board agenda for the Board to consider rescheduling the public hearing to March 25^th. Additionally, the Board will also consider extending the public comment period to April 10, 2020, which would allow a total of 50 days of public comment, where 30 days is the required minimum.
