Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Guilderland Planning Board Meeting and the public hearing that was scheduled for March 25^th has been canceled.  

As of right now the public hearing has not been rescheduled and we don't know exactly what this means for when the public comment period will end.

There are 2 possible options as to what could happen as we understand it.

1. The public hearing could be rescheduled and then the comment period could end as soon as 10 days after that public hearing.
2. The public hearing could be totally canceled in which case we could see a date set for written comment period to end as early as 60 days from when it started.  We don't think this is likely to happen, but we should be prepared for it in case it does.

The Guilderland Planning Board had originally scheduled a public hearing for March 11, 2020 at 6:00pm, but due to the hearing notice not being published on time in the Altamont Enterprise, the hearing has been rescheduled to this meeting on March 25.
