The ZBA Meeting this week is very important! There is a proposal to allow structures in the 500 ft setback of the Watervliet Reservior.  GCRG says NO! this should not happen and should not be approved! See the documents here:

  • 4478 Western Turnpike. Public hearing for an area variance for a 3-lot subdivision with all dwellings and accessory structures being located within a watercourse setback.
