Continued Cases

• 1633 Angelina Terrace. Continuation of a public hearing from 2/18/26 for the installation of a chicken coop in a side yard.
   

• 1583 Western Avenue. Continuation of a public hearing for an area variance from 8/20/25 for the installation of signage in excess of the area permitted and for a freestanding sign to be placed within a 20ft setback to the right-of-way.

New Cases

• 2766 Furbeck Road. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of an accessory structure in a front yard.
   

• 3072 New Williamsburg Drive. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of +/- 20lf of 8ft high privacy fencing.
   

• 130 G I Road. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of a dwelling on an existing undersized lot that is less than an acre and does not have the required frontage on a public right-of-way.
   

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.
