2019 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit Amendment for the modification of an approved site plan related to the parking lot layout.

Schoolhouse Road (near #215). Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit for the installation of a 46’ tall utility pole with a single small cell antenna and related equipment within a Albany County highway right-of-way.

3 Norman Vale Lane. Public Hearing has been POSTPONED for an appeal to challenge the Building & Zoning Inspector’s decision of 3/9/25 not to issue a citation for the installation of a posts that were installed where the Zoning Board denied a fence.
Other Cases
6497 Dunnsville Road. Consideration of new evidence related to a variance denial. The Board must decide if a re-hearing is appropriate.
