The applicant is proposing to construct three 12,000 square feet one-story buildings, totaling 36,000 square feet, on 7.3 acres of land located in the Rural Agricultural (RA3) District. The proposed use is a contractor yard with outside storage, marketed to commercial tenants such as landscapers, roofers, etc.
