Semi-Virtual Guilderland Industrial Development Agency

The Guilderland Industrial Development Agency (IDA) agenda has items for both Old Business and New Business, but it does not specifically state what that business is.  There are also these Action Items to be considered:

  1. A resolution to reduce IDA project fees through June 30, 2021
  2. A resolution to provide financial assistance to the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce
  3. A resolution to approve IDA financial participation in the pooled Covid-19 relief fund being established by IDAs in Albany County

They also list an agenda item of "Other Matters", but there are no details about what those other matters might be.

Guilderland Industrial Development Agency - Virtual Meeting

Guilderland Industrial Development Agency (IDA) will be meeting virtually on April 27, 2020 according to this stated in this notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

The agenda for the virtual IDA meeting primarily consists of a presentation of an audit of 2019 by Marvin & Co., a vote to accept the audit, an updates by the Chairman, CEO and the IDA Counsel.

However, there are no instructions on how the public can view or participate in this meeting.

Guilderland Industrial Development Agency (IDA)

The Guilderland Industrial Development Agency (IDA) actually has 4 meetings with 4 different agendas of what appear to be subcommittees of the IDA scheduled to start every 5 minutes starting at 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM.  We assume these are basically proforma meetings that need to occur at the first meeting of the new year for the IDA, but there is no explanation of the unusual set of agendas on the Town Website.
