Guilderland Industrial Development Agency (IDA) will be meeting virtually on April 27, 2020 according to this stated in this notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
The agenda for the virtual IDA meeting primarily consists of a presentation of an audit of 2019 by Marvin & Co., a vote to accept the audit, an updates by the Chairman, CEO and the IDA Counsel.
However, there are no instructions on how the public can view or participate in this meeting.
Presumably members of the public may be able listen and view the meeting live on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303, on the Town website, and may dial (518) 579-3721 to participate in a conference call as was done for the virtual Town Board meeting on April 21, 2020 and the Planning Board meeting on April, 22, 2020. However this is only a presumption by GCRG and has not been confirmed.
Starting in 2020 before the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, the Guilderland Industrial Development Agency Board meetings are now be live streamed and meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00pm unless canceled.

UPDATE: Due to the current health situation and the closure of Guilderland Town Hall, the Guilderland IDA is not "open for business" physically at this time, and until further notice.
However, any area businessperson with a prospective IDA project to discuss is urged to reach out via email to the IDA using the address csapossd@togny.org. I am checking email daily, and will respond quickly to any inquiries.
