At the April 28^th, 2020 meeting of Steering Committee we decided to start virtually meeting on the first and third Mondays every month at 7:00 PM staring with this meeting on May 4^th.

GCRG Steering Committee meetings are generally open to anyone who desires to join the Steering Committee or anyone who doesn't want to make that commitment but wishes to be involved and help support the group.

However this meeting will be private so we can discuss some matters which should not yet be made public.  The agenda for the meeting will be sent directly to the members of the Steering Committee.

At the March 30, 2020 meeting of Steering Committee we decided to start meeting every 2 weeks on Monday nights starting at 7:00 PM.

However, it recently came to our attention that there is a very important virtual Public Hearing or new Stewart’s Shop Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval in the Village of Altamont on Monday, April 27th, so we have rescheduled this meeting to Tuesday, April 28th at 7:00pm.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, the GCRG Steering Committee will be meeting virtually online and by telephone until we all get the "all clear" to stop social distancing.

At the March 30, 2020 meeting of Steering Committee we decided to start meeting every 2 weeks on Monday nights starting at 7:00 PM. Unless stated otherwise, these meetings are open to anyone who desires to join the Steering Committee or anyone who doesn't want to make that commitment but wishes to be involved and help support the group.

Originally we were planning to have a public forum on this night, but with the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), the GCRG Steering Committee has decided to have a second virtual online meeting as we did on March 16th.

Typically our Steering Committee meetings are open to anyone who desires to join the Steering Committee, anyone who doesn't want to make that commitment but wishes to be involved and help support the group and are very public.

But in light of the clear cutting that happened on the proposed site for the Costco this past Thursday, March 26th, the Steering Committee has decided to meet privately on Monday, March 30.

The Steering Committee Meeting was originally scheduled for tomorrow evening at the Guilderland Library at 6:30pm.  

However, instead out an abundance of safety for everyone (and so I can also attend since I'm still sick with my pre-corona cough) we will be meeting by teleconference and online webinar instead. 

Update: We have also learned that all public events at the library have been canceled until further notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

This is a new meeting place for us and the Guilderland YMCA requires those who are non-members to fill out this Guest Waiver before being allowed to enter the meeting.

So if you are not a member, please print out and complete this Guest Waiver and bring it with you along with some ID. We also suggest you arrive early to get through processing it.
