The Steering Committee Meeting was originally scheduled for tomorrow evening at the Guilderland Library at 6:30pm.  

However, instead out an abundance of safety for everyone (and so I can also attend since I'm still sick with my pre-corona cough) we will be meeting by teleconference and online webinar instead. 

Update: We have also learned that all public events at the library have been canceled until further notice due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

You do not need to call in by phone if you allow your web browser to use your microphone and if you want us to also see you in the meeting you must allow use of your camera as well.

For additional assistance connecting to the meeting text "Help" to the Dial-In number above. Message and data rates may apply. (We have never used this "Help" so we have no idea how helpful it is.)

You should try joining us well before 6:30pm to make sure you understand how to get in and have any necessary software downloaded and installed if you want join the online webinar.

All GCRG Steering Committee meetings are open those that wish to join the Steering Committee and anyone who doesn't want to make that commitment but wishes to be involved and help support the group.
