The GCRG typically meets first and third Mondays of every month at 7:00 PM, however because the Town Board will be meeting on Tuesday, December 1st we will have an extra meeting in November on Monday the 30th.

At this meeting we will be discussing the items on the Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, Dec 1 and the Public Hearings to be held at the Planning Board Meeting, Wednesday, Dec 2.

At this meeting we will primarily be discussing the following 2 projects on the Guilderland Planning Board Agenda for the meeting on Wednesday, Nov 18:

• Site Plan Review for an 8MW Ground Mounted Solar Photo-Voltaic System at the rear of 6120 Johnston Road
• Request for a variance from a building height of 35 feet to a building height of 45 feet at 2390 Western Avenue

The Steering Committee will have a private discussion after the open public meeting.

At this general meeting of the GCRG we will have a special guest, Councilwoman Laurel Bohl, to give us a primer on the proposed town budget and answer any preliminary questions prior to Budget Public Hearing coming up on Thursday, November 5th at 6:00pm.

The general GCRG meeting will be followed by a private session for GCRG Steering Committee Members only.
