Rapp Road Working Group Virtual Meeting

Please join us for the next meeting of the Rapp Road working Group.  This is the night before the virtual public hearing for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), so the focus of our discussion will be making final preparations for that and getting comments in before the current deadline of May 26th for written comments.

To assist you with sending comments we have created these 3 "Sign and Send" Pre-written Comments that you can use:

Feel free to send one, two or all three letters and you can customize them if you wish to do so.

The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the GCRG website and sent out the our mailing list as soon as it is prepared. (Hopefully on Monday, May, 11.)

Don't forget you can also make donations to support this effort at: http://rapproadgofundme.org/

Here are the details on how to join us:

To join by phone teleconference:
Dial-in number (US): (605) 313-5879
Access code: 116506#
Note this is a different access code than before.

To join us by online webinar:
Click this link to join the online meeting: https://join.freeconferencecall.com/guilderlandcrg then sign in with your name and email address.

You do not need to call in by phone if you allow your web browser to use your microphone and if you want us to also see you in the meeting you must allow use of your camera as well.

For additional assistance connecting to the meeting text "Help" to the Dial-In number above. Message and data rates may apply. (We have never used this "Help" so we have no idea how helpful it is.)

For more information on the DEIS and development itself, please see our page on development on Rapp Road, the Mall Ring Road and Western Avenue.

Lastly, it's urgent to get your written comments sent in made attention to Kenneth Kovalchik, Town Planner by email at kovalchikk@togny.org or by USPS mail to: Town of Guilderland Planning Department, 5209 Western Tpk., Guilderland, NY 12084.

As mentioned above, to assist you with sending comments we have these 3 "Sign and Send" Pre-written Comments that you can use:

Currently there are more than 200 comments in favor (many with out any substance at all and not from the area), about 50 in opposition and some neutral.

If you sent comments in before during previous comment periods for other phases of the SEQR process, you need to update and send your comments again.
