  • 1474 Siver Road. Request for an area variance to permit the installation of an in-ground pool in a side yard and fencing exceeding 4ft in a front yard.
  • 3397-3399 Carman Road. Request for an area variance to permit a subdivision that results in the creation of a lot that does not meet the minimum dimensional criteria for lot width and area.
