The agenda for this Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals can be found here. There are 3 new cases, all of which are Public Hearings for consideration:

• 5 New Karner Road. Public hearing for an area variance for an amendment of a previously approved sign area variance to accomodate additional content for Albany Med.
   
• 3714 Carman Road. Public hearing for an amendment to a Special Use Permit to permit the expansion of the hours of operation for a previously approved child care program at a church facility. No changes are proposed for or required to the building.
   
• 2801 W. Old State Road. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of a pole barn exceeding the height allowance.
   

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.

The public may listen and view meetings on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
