• Site Plan Review Associated With a Special Use Permit (Day Care) - 3714 Carman Road - Capital Kids Care
  The applicant is proposing a day care use within the existing Lynwood Reformed Church located on 17.9 acres of land in the R40 Disttrict.
   
• Site Plan Review for a Change in Tenancy Associated with a Special Use Permit (Retail Cannabis Dispensary) - 2555 Western Avenue - Nicless, LLC
  The applicant is proposing to establish a retail cannabis dispensary within a portion of an existing building on 0.61 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District.
   
• Site Plan Amendment Associated with a Previously Approved Special Use Permit (Self-Storage) - 2360 Western Avenue - A-Metro Self Storage
  The applicant is proposing site plan revisions associated with a previously approved Special Use Permit consisting of consolidating the four previously proposed storage buildings into one, two-story climate controlled self-storage building on 3 acres of land located in the Local Business (LB) District.
   
• Concept Plan Review for a Major Cluster Subdivision - 2730/2738 West Lydius Street - Robert & Saydra Doyle
  The applicant is proposing a major cluster subdivision consisting of 22 single-family lots, 2 stormwater management lots and 3 conservation areas on 58.43 acres of land located in the R40 District.
   

This meeting of the Town Planning Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.
