New Cases

• 2817 W Old State Road. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of an accessory structure in excess of 15ft in height.
   
• 1 Crossgates Mall Road - Barnes & Noble. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of 167sf of building mounted signage where 50sf is permitted.
   

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.

The public may listen and view meetings on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
