1. 1. Presentation of the Town's 2027 preliminary budget.
    
   2. Consider adopting a local law allowing the rezoning of property at 761 County Line Road from R40 to RA3, as recommended by the Town Planner.
2. 3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for November 17 at 7pm on the proposed conservation easement for property located at 823 Altamont Voorheesville Rd.
    
   4. Consider adopting a density determination for the Pine Bush Parc Planned Unit Development located at 20-24 New Karner Road, as recommended by the Town Planner.
3. 5. Consider authorizing the extension of the Town's Flexible Spending Account to all eligible full-time non-union employees starting January 1, 2027, as recommended by the Director of Human Resources.
4. 6. Consider adopting the proposed Gender-Based Violence & Workplace Policy.
5. 7. Consider awarding the bid for the remote-controller mower to Rodick Enterprises, LLC, as the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $41,000.00, as recommended by the Highway Superintendent.
6. 8. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign the water warrant
7. 9. Consider amending the Town's 2026 budget, under NYS Town Law § 112, as recommended in the Fiscal Officer's memorandum.
8. 10. Consider approving the 2026-2027 Animal Control Sheltering Contract between the Town and The Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady, Inc.
