2. Town of Guilderland - New Vision Kitchen Design Studio - Theodore J Lutz IV - 3419 Carman Road - Proposal for the conversion of an office to a showroom/design studio.

Proposal to construct a contractor yard with three (3) one-storey buildings totaling 36,000 square feet with parking and outdoor storage areas.
5. Town of Guilderland - Reformx Well Club - 1434 Western Ave -
Proposal for the operation of Private Fitness Instruction Studio in an existing commercial building.

The Albany County Planning Board meetings moved from Voorheesville to 112 State Street Room 1020 Albany NY 12207 in October of 2025. Meetings start at 3:30 pm and are accessible by dialing in or joining via Microsoft Teams.

Comments must be received at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to ensure that the board members will have sufficient time to read them. Any Public Comments submitted after that time frame will still be entered into the Master File.
