Public Hearing

  • At 7:00pm Public Hearing on a moratorium on battery energy storage systems.

Agenda

  • Consider approving the proposed settlement of tax assessment proceedings for solar farms and residential building sites owned by Knaggs Oakland Realty LLC at 4645 Western Turnpike and 100 Miller Road, as recommended by the Assessor.

  • Consider approving the permanent appointment of Alana Holmes as Code Enforcement Officer in the Fire Prevention Department, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.

  • Consider adopting the updated Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan, as requested by the Personnel Assistant.

  • Consider authorizing a water adjustment for the Religious Sisters of Mercy Albany, 6060 Johnston Road as detailed in the Water Department's memorandum dated May 14, 2026.

  • Consider accepting the Town's December 31, 2025 draft Single Audit of federal expenditures, as recommended by the Deputy Comptroller.

  • Consider authorizing the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk to sign the collector's warrant as requested by the Department of Water & Wastewater Management in the amount of $685,613.54
     

Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.

Members of the public may also watch the meeting on live stream on the Town website.

In addition, the public may listen and view the meeting on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303.
