The Ethics Board will hold it's annual meeting to review the Annual Statement of Disclosures on Monday, March 30, 2026, starting at 11:00am, at Guilderland Town Hall.

To date, no further announcement of an agenda has been posted.
 

The Ethics Board ensures that the Town is performing its functions in a proper and ethical manner in accordance with the Town's Code of Ethics.

The Ethics Board meets at the beginning of each year to review the Annual Statement of Disclosures that must be submitted by listed Town officers and employees.

The Board also meets on an "as-needed" basis. Where deemed appropriate by the Ethics Board, it may consider, investigate, and provide a recommendation on sworn complaints alleging a violation of the Code of Ethics.

The Ethics Board may also provide advisory opinions to Town officers and employees regarding the Code of Ethics.
