Continued Cases

4 Crossgates Mall Road. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of (7) signs with a total of 310sf of signage and (4) 6sf directional signs for the NYOH. A variance is requested for the total signage of the freestanding sign to exceed 50sf and for the total signage of the directional sign to exceed 4sf. A variance is also requested to permit (1) monument sign to be installed within 20feet of a right-of-way. 

New Cases

5215 Western Turnpike. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of +/- 1,160lf of 8ft high decorative fencing resulting in the reduction of the quantity of available parking spaces to less than the minimum required by Code.

2 Van Buren Boulevard. Public Hearing for an interpretation to determine if the development of a battery energy storage system should be permitted in a Industrial zone as "wholesale and trade distribution".

1 Crossgates Mall Rd - Regal. Replacememt of existing signage.

 

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
