1. Consider appointing the Conservation Advisory Council as the Climate Smart Community Committee and appointing Assistant Town Planner Mansi Parmar as the Climate Smart Coordinator, as recommended by the Town Planner.

2. Consider accepting the donation of two park benches by the Guilderland Coalition for Responsible Growth.

3. Consider approving Stop signs at the following intersections, as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee:

   a.    Willow Street at Pineview Drive

   b.    Willow Street at Siver Road

4. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing for April 21 at 7:15pm on the draft Stormwater Management Program Plan, as recommended by the Town Planner.

5. Consider awarding the bid for yard waste grinding and removal to HGNS Inc. at $3.74 per cubic yard, as recommended by the Transfer Station Superintendent.

6. Consider approving artist contracts for Guilderland Performing Arts Center's 2026 Summer Season, as recommended by the Assistant Administrator of Parks & Recreation.

7. Consider approving, under NYS Town Law 112 amendments to the Town's 2025 budget, as requested by the Deputy Comptroller.

8. Consider approving, under NYS Town Law 112 amendments to the Town's 2026 budget, as requested by the Deputy Comptroller.

9. Consider waiving the building permit for First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville's temporary sign at the intersection of Depot Road and Route 146, as requested by the Chief Building & Zoning Administrator.
