Public Hearing. Possible Consideration of Final Plat Approval for a 3 Lot Minor Subdivision - Shady Acres Drive/Shady Crest Court - Dale Houck. The Planning Board issued concept plan approval at the August 27, 2025 Planning Board meeting and issued a SEQR negative declaration at the January 28, 2026 Planning Board meeting. The applicant is proposing a 3-lot subdivision of 7.3 acres of land located in the RO30 District. Lot 1 will consist of 3.7 acres. Lot 2 will consist of 1.28 acres. Lot 3 will consist of 2.34 acres.

Site Plan Review Associated with a Special Use Permit (Office Expansion) - 5640 Depot Road - S&L Roofing & Sheetmetal. The applicant is proposing to amend a previously approved Special Use Permit to expand office space (2 new offices and conference room) within an existing office/warehouse building on 12.48 acres of land located in the Industrial District.
This meeting of the Town Planning Board shall be held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike, Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
