5915 Gardner Road. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the placement of a 20ft high accessory structure in an agricultural zone to be located within 100ft of a property line.

1434 Western Avenue. Public hearing for a for a Special Use Permit for the conversion of an existing dog grooming gallery to a co-working facility.

1 Feeney Lane. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of an accessory structure in a side yard with a building height of 17ft.

6552 Route 158. Public hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of a bulkhead door foundation in a side yard setback.

3 Norman Vale Lane POSTPONED FROM 11/5/25 - POSTPONED UNTIL 12/3/25. Public hearing for an appeal to challenge the Building & Zoning Inspector's decision to issue a building permit for the installation of a fence.

 

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and may also watch meetings on live stream on the Town website.
