Continued Case

1583 Western Avenue - POSTPONED FROM 11/5/25. Prime Storage Guilderland. Continuation of a Public Hearing from 8/20/25 for an area variance to permit the installation of signage exceeding 50sf and for a free-standing sign to be located within 20ft of the front property line.

New Cases

2026 Western Avenue. Robert Fine Jewelers. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit a building mounted sign to be installed bringing the total signage for the property to more than 50sf.

1611 Western Avenue. CBRE, Real Estate Services. Public Hearing for a special use permit for the installation of a standalone ATM in TOD zone at an existing abandoned gas station property.

3 Norman Vale Lane POSTPONED FROM 11/5/25. Public Hearing for an appeal by the owner of 1 Norman Vale Lane to challenge the Building & Zoning Inspector's decision to issue a building permit for the installation of a fence.

 

Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
