Consider adopting the resolution using funds in the General Reserve in support of State grant for improvements at Keenholts Park, John Schoolcraft House, and Town Hall.

Consider the permanent appointment of Emily Romano as Administrative Assistant in the Parks Department, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.

Consider approving the promotion of Hannah Clavijo from Emergency Medical Technician to Paramedic, as recommended by the Personnel Assistant.
Meetings of the Town Board are held at the Guilderland Town Hall Board Room, 5209 Western Turnpike Guilderland, NY 12084 and the public is encouraged to attend.
