Continuation of a Public Hearing from 8/20/25 for an area variance to permit the installation of signage exceeding 50sf and for a free-standing sign to be located within 20ft of the front property line.

Continuation of a Public Hearing from 10/15/25 for an area variance to permit the placement of a shed in a side yard.
New Cases
1. 2093 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit for the operation of a cannabis dispensary.
2. Norman Vale Lane. Public Hearing for an appeal to challenge the Building & Zoning Inspector's decision to issue a building permit for the installation of a fence.
3. 5859 Depot Road. Public Hearing for an area variance for the installation of +/- 75lf of 6ft high privacy fencing in a front yard with the less decorative side facing the adjacent property.
4. 25 East Dillenbeck Drive. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the construction of a new detached garage in the front and side yard and within a required setback to an adjacent property. A 10ft setback is required 6ft is proposed. An accessory structure is required to be located in a rear yard.
5. 1859 Western Avenue. Public Hearing for an area variance to permit the installation of signage for the Joseph J. Laviano Plaza within the 20ft required front setback.
Meetings are held at the Guilderland Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpke. 12084 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
